Post-Arrest Practices Committee

The Post-Arrest Practices Committee is in the process of studying and addressing issues regarding bail, pretrial release and other post-arrest concerns and meets regularly to identify gaps and deficiencies and determine actionable recommendations which can improve the post-arrest process.
