We utilize technology to improve system-wide communication and sharing of data.

       The Technology Committee‘s goal is to coordinate and cooperate with the information technology sections of criminal justice agencies. Exchange and share quality criminal justice data with the goal of contributing towards an integrated justice system for Baltimore City and the State of Maryland

       The Technology Committee helps the CJCC coordinate and cooperate with the information technology sections of related agencies. A milestone was met when The Committee helped enable and launch a CJCC Wide Area Network (WAN) of 14 locations:

  • Office of the Public Defender (2 locations)
  • Central Intake & Booking Facility
  • The Eastern Courthouse

  • Baltimore Substance Abuse Systems (BSAS)

  • Mayor’s Office of Cable and Communications (2 locations)
  • Juvenile Justice Center
  • Legal Aid Building
